Les is also an Advisory Board Member for New Reality Company, a VR and AR story-telling production studio; a Board Member of SOLA, a food cooperative in South Central Los Angeles; and continues to be an Advisory Board Member of H2 Wellness, where he is responsible for acquiring the company’s three largest clients and increasing annual revenues by 50%.

In 2008, Les was President and Chief Operating Officer at Balance Health/Medizone, where he grew annual revenues by $20M and secured fifty-five medical group licensees in twelve different states.

From 2003 to 2006, Les served as consultant and advisor to Modicare in Delhi, India and LA Weight Loss in San Diego, California.

Four years earlier he was retained as President by Matchcraft, the first online advertising exchange and trading platform in Santa Monica, California. Within twelve months, this company generated $8M in annual revenues.

Beginning in 1994, Les spent five years at Jenny Craig as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Franchising. He was responsible for generating over $700M in annual sales, directing upwards of $75M in global marketing budget, and managing upwards of $175M in franchising P&L. In all, these benchmarks represented over 20% of total sales for Jenny Craig. Customer lifetime value increased by 10%, and average market basket size increased 15% annually under his watch.

Prior to this, Les was the Chief Marketing Officer at Hanna Barbera Productions in Los Angeles, California and served as consultant and advisor to Herbalife/Europe.

Les earned an MBA in Marketing & Strategic Planning from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a BS in Communications & Anthropology from Northwestern University.
